Overview
The Austral Fueguino Railway begins its journey starting from the End of the World station. The first stop is at the "Cascada La Macarena" station, during this stop it is possible to ascend to a viewpoint that offers a fabulous view of the Pipo river valley, from there the train will follow the route of this river and we will be able to appreciate the southernmost landscapes in the world. .
You can enjoy lunch on the train or a lunch box depending on the option you wish to purchase. The visit to the National Park is an important part of this tour. This visit can be done in a group or with your own guide if you select the Private Park visit that is included in the Premium service.

In the service area, we will have approximately 30 free minutes. The last section of the excursion takes us to Bahía Lapataia, after crossing the cormorant archipelago, peat bogs and a visit to a beaver dam.
The usual schedule is from 7.15 AM or from 1.30 PM depending on the option selected. In any case, the schedule will be confirmed with the sending of the itinerary when you receive confirmation of your reservation.
Passengers staying in Ushuaia: When making the reservation you must include the name of your hotel in Ushuaia in order to organize the pick up
In the event that you are passengers coming from a cruise, the pick up will be at the Tourist Port of Ushuaia, you will be sent the exact meeting point in the itinerary when confirming your reservation.
IMPORTANT: If you come from a cruise we need you to send us the arrival and departure itinerary of your cruise in your reservation. If we do not receive this information, we will not be able to proceed with making your reservation.

Arrived via Celebrity Eclipse. Took excursion via bus to the National Park then offloaded to a powered catamaran through Beagle Sound back to the port. Windy but beautiful. Loved it.
Terra Del Fuega national park super

A worthwhile stop to the Terra Feuga National park. Lots of nature to see. Walk around the lake and stop over at the visitor center at Alakush. The tour also stop at the end of the world or Baia Lapataia. The last point of South America before entering Antarctica Magellan straits.

The train to the end of the world was amazing! It was full of history and lots of stuff to see! Our tour had several people who didn't want to take the train and just went with the van to the pickup point at the end of the train tour for the rest of the trip. The whole trip was informative and our guide Sophia provided all of us a great tour of the flora and fauna of the area as well as the geology and peoples in the area (including the original natives and the prisoners and the guards who were relocated there). At the end she suggested some places we might want to go shopping for the things we wanted to purchase. It was an excellent tour!
