Basilica de la Sagrada Familia (Pass By)
The Sagrada Familia (Basilica and Expiatory Church of the Holy Family) is the most iconic symbol of Barcelona and the most visited landmark in the whole of Spain. It is considered to be the best example of Modernist architecture designed by Antoni GaudĂ and every day thousands of tourists explore this curious but unfinished temple. The construction of the structure began in 1882. It was designed initially in a Neo-Gothic style. A year later it was commissioned to the Spanish Catalan architect Antoni GaudĂ, who redesigned it entirely. He drafted a remarkable and original basilica that was to have 18 towers. However, he died before he could complete this chef d’oeuvre, having only built one of the church’s towers.
GaudĂ passed away in 1926, leaving his most important project, unfinished. Nevertheless, his work continues to be built to this day by renowned architects. The money for the construction is obtained by the many visits to this impressive visit and various donations.
Rambla de Catalunya
Las Ramblas is often the first landmark that most tourists identify with the city. It is a large boulevard which runs through the heart of the city centre. It is filled with Barcelona action at its best.Las Ramblas is approximately 1.2 kilometres long with Port Vell (near the cruise port terminal) at the Southern most end and Plaça de Catalunya at the northern most end.
If you have your back to Port Vell and you are looking up towards Catalunya along the Ramblas on your left hand side is the Raval area and on your right-hand side is the Barri Gòtic (or Gothic Quarter).
Las Ramblas can also be roughly divided into seedy and non-seedy areas. This distinction between seedy and non-seedy becomes a lot clearer during the night time when the Southern most end of the Ramblas becomes something of a red light district and is frequented by night women

Spotify Camp Nou
Home to FC Barcelona since its completion in 1957, Camp Nou is the largest stadium in Spain and the third-largest football stadium in the world! One of the most historic football stadiums in the world, Camp Nou has hosted two Champions League finals, two UEFA Cup Winners' Cups, and matches of other major football events, including the FIFA World Cup, the 1992 Summer Olympics and more. This massive football stadium can accommodate a massive 99,354 people at a time!
We will just drive past this place only for a photo stop as we don't have time to enter inside
As the last project Gaudà took on before he passed away, Casa Milà is actually considered to be the pinnacle of his career. It was originally designed to house the wealthy families of Barcelona. You may also hear it referred to as La Pedrera (meaning “stone quarry”), a name that came about due to the vast amount of stone used to construct the building and the many features that seem to come from nature.
