This excursion EXCEEDED our expectations!!! Satendra Sagart of Heli-Tours of Fiji was very professional and helpful in setting up the helicopter and sailboat transportation. The helicopter trip over to Tivua was AMAZING!! The ocean is so clear you get a magnificent view of coral reefs and can even view sea life. We saw a 6-8ft shark! The approach to Tivua was breathtaking! Our pilot, Luke, landed so gently on the beach not a grain of sand was disturbed. It was SUCH a relaxing day on the tiny island. We rented a cabana on the beach, explored the sandbar where you can stand up in the ocean for hundreds of feet out and enjoyed the delicious BBQ and entertainment. Ande was our gracious, friendly hostess there on Tivua. Sailing back on the Spirit of the Pacific was delightful and totally chill. The staff sang and performed for us. Fijians sing beautifully a capella! EPIC DAY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Worth every bit of just under $800 per couple.

This was the most amazing day. We caught the helicopter over to Tivua Island where we were greeted by Bill. We had our own private bungalow where we set ourselves up for the day. Arriving by helicopter meant we had the island to ourselves for over an hour. During this time we walked around the entire island, swam In the crystal clear water and enjoyed Fiji beer before the rest of the guests arrived by boat. We ventured out on the glass bottom boat and saw the amazing coral reefs and colourful fishies. They cooked a scrumptious BBQ lunch of chicken, fish & lamb sausages, accompanied by an array of salads, choose enough for any fussy eater. During lunch we were treated to singing by the locals which was most enjoyable. During the day, you have the option (pay extra) to have a massage and or hair braided. We both had a 20 minute massage which cost $50 Fijian. There were many activities to take part in, including snorkelling for any level, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach volley ball. You could choose to do as much or as little as you wanted. We boarded the boat back to Port Denarau. Coffee, tea and biscuits was provided along with a really fun afternoon of singing by staff and the guests. We could not fault this and would definitely recommend it to anyone of any age. If I could give one tip, bring and wear some reef shoes.

We organised this trip as a little something special during our trip to Fiji for our honeymoon. It was incredible. The 10minute helicopter over to Tivua was beautiful and we arrived at the island with no one else there other than 3 members of staff. We just relaxed until the boat arrived and enjoyed some food. The snorkelling was amazing with lots of beautiful fish and nice to see the coral being replanted. There were also lots of black tip reef sharks close to shore. The boat journey home was lovely and relaxing. Also highly recommend and appreciated the kids club to allow us to snorkel while our son was looked after well. Would highly recommend this trip to others.
