- The pick-up process starts at 8:30 and continues until around 9:00 as we collect passengers from different locations. We kindly request that you be at your chosen pick-up location by 08:30 AM. It's important for us to have your email address on record so that we can send you ... an email 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. This email will contain a description of our car, including a photo and license plate number. We will also provide the name of the guide in the email. Our driver-guide will always stop, get out of the car, and search for you. They won't leave the pick-up point unless they cannot locate you. - If you are staying in downtown Reykjavik and you do not find the name of your hotel in the list, we will need you to use the bus stop designated to your accommodation. These bus stops were created by the city of Reykjavik to limit traffic of buses and larger vehicles in the sometimes narrow streets in the older parts of Reykjavik. Read more â–Ľ
