Mario and his team are amazing and the boat is perfect for the few hours you are on it.
Only 10 people on the boat plus captain and deck hand. It is worth paying a little bit more for a faster boat, and less crowded experience with the pigs plus safety on the boat . We watched WAY too many over full boats going out to see from our accommodation on Paradise Island and we were so happy to have found Ultimate SeaXscape and Mario.
We booked online directly on the website, Mario personally called us the evening before to confirm the trip was going ahead and what time pick up would be from our hotel.
The departure is actually near Bay Street Marina opposite Atlantis which is super close to Paradise island.
The experience with the pigs was not rushed, and as there were only 10 of us there were more than enough pigs to go around. The pigs were in wonderful condition and clearly looked after with their own cute names; Tyson, Katy Hairy, Peppa, Boots, Socks and Ginger (that I can remember) The pigs weren't pushy for food and there were a couple of small kids on our boat and never an issue from the pigs.
Then Gilligan's island to look at.
The turtle snorkelling was great - we took our own mask and snorkel but they have a supply - we came up to the area and 2 turtles were spotted we watched and once anchor was down and engine off we could quietly get into the water - there were a few turtles and they were generally happy to have a couple of people around them - and we were lucky with having 3 to just the 2 of us.
Again never felt rushed or the likes.
The snorkelling over the reef was a bit too much for me with a few big boats around and lots of people, but it was pretty and in good condition as there is sand around for the anchors. A line was thrown out the back to hold on to.
We had lunch and returned to port with Mario taking us back to the hotel personally.
As soon as we returned to the hotel we already recommended Ultimate SeaXscape to other people as it was the best experience that I could have hoped for to see the pigs and turtles.
