Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta from scratch with your Cesarina. As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu. Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Como. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Delicious and welcoming!

This wonderful couple opened their beautiful home to us and were both so kind. Luca, who picked us up and brought us to their home played his guitar and sang a few songs for us. The meal we helped prepare was delicious! Very lovely tour.

My husband and I had an unbelievable experience with Veronica and Luca! Their hospitality went beyond measure - personalized touches and attention to detail. This is truly Veronica's passion and she has the complete support of her husband & family! We will certainly spend time with Veronica again the next time we are in Como. Hoping to see them in America in the near future! We also purchased our own Imperia Pasta Machine (just like Veronica's) and will be making fresh pasta with our boys over Christmas & well into the future. Buon Appetito!

Welcoming and Delicious

We had such a wonderful time with Carolina and Simona. This was our 3rd cooking class while we had been traveling in Italy over the previous 2 weeks and this class in their beautiful home was fun, delicious, and a perfect way to end our vacation. We learned how to make linguine that was served with their delicious ragu, we made a dish with a Ligurian sausage, onions, tomatoes and wine served over some polenta balls (it was divine), and leanred how to make tge most deliciously simple and creamy tiramisu. Cannot wait to recreate these dishes for friends and family.

The cooking class with Lidia and her son Thomaso was incredible. We felt like a part of the family and learnt how to cook traditional Italian dishes. I would recommend this experience to anyone wanting to learn how to cook pasta and tirimasu.

Sara was an excellent host who made my spouse and I very comfortable! Her lessons were engaging and fun, and the conversation was relaxing. The food turned out great, as well! We're glad to have done this; it was an excellent add-on to our trip.
