Our owner-operated tours specialize in small group family-oriented excursions!! Our locally owned operation runs maximum 6 passenger vessels, ensuring as private of an experience possible for you and your loved ones! Our tour guides have countless years of experience working in the water with guests of all ages around the world and specialize in family oriented groups to give you the highest quality experience swimming with these wild manatees! As a small operating tour company our guides are able to work closely one on one with you to ensure a fun stress free experience that you deserve. If your group is smaller, you can rent out the whole boat to ensure that you have a more private experience! As a small, locally-owned company, quality is everything to us and our seasoned crew will make sure that you and your family have the best experience possible with us! All necessary gear is included with the tour, so all you have to do is arrive ready for an incredible adventure!

Itinerary

Hop aboard our small passenger vessel for an intimate snorkel with the Florida Manatee! We take you through scenic King's Bay in Crystal River, Florida in search of the wild Florida Manatee. We specialize in family oriented small group and private manatee snorkeling tours. Upon arrival, you will be introduced to your in-water tour guide who will lead you to your boat and take photos every step of the way! During the boat ride out, our in-water guide and captain educate guests on the proper way to snorkel with the protected wildlife and ensure a fun and safe experience for all ages! Once we find a manatee somewhere in our 600-acre Bay, we exit the boat and snorkel with the manatee. Our guide leads guests to the manatees and takes in-water photos throughout the entire tour. Afterwards these photos are available for purchase to ensure that you keep the memories of a lifetime!

Bucket list adventure

Absolutely wonderful experience! Dylan,( our captain) and Krystina ( our swim guide) were knowledgeable, sharp eyed and really made the trip. We were not disappointed in the least with the numbers of manatee we got to swim with and enjoy. We can't recommend this company, and particularly these two professionals, highly enough. When in central Florida's Gulf Coast, this is a MUST DO!

We had the most amazing experience with Krystina as our guide and Dylan as our captain. We swam with and saw so many manatees. We chose natures discovery as wanted a manatee friendly eco tour, and got exactly that. Thank you so much for an awesome morning, the memories of which will stay with us forever ❤️

If you do anything in Florida, do this first. Amazing time seeing the Manatees! Service was excellent, from signing up, fitting into a wetsuit, boat ride out to dive location, knowledge of the sea life. Then the time in the water was unbelievable. The manatees are gentle giants. We were within inches of them. We saw giants and babies. You could even hear the mother communicating with her cub. One young cub was being nursed by its mother. We were in the water for 90 minutes, I thought we had been only 40 minutes. You are just so entertained. Do not miss this opportunity!

Captain Dillion and Krystina are amazing and catered to our every need. We swam with tons of manatees. The boat had a plastic canopy to protect us from the wind and the hot chocolate was incredible. Recommend to bring warm clothes and change when getting out of the water if it is January! Thank you for a once in a lifetime adventure!

Best interaction trip with manatees I have ever experienced. We had a manatee at the ladder as we were getting off the boat and it just increased from there. Dozens and dozens of times manatees swam directly beneath me, with less than six inches separation. One manatee actually spent time nuzzling my foot until it decided I wasn’t part of its diet. The only negative was the fact that my brand new GoPro leaked water in and stopped after 15 minutes. Nonetheless, I was able to capture video footage of at least a dozen manatee in that short of a period. Gina is an excellent guide and knows where to position yourself to get the most out of your excursion. I have done the manatee thing a number of times with various operators and guides, but this was by far the best experience yet. Kudos to Hina and the folks at Nature’s Discovery.
