My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Adele’s walking food tour of Loreto. It was a great way to taste several different and special dishes - mole, birria tacos, gorditas, pozole, and shrimp tacos - in small, charming, and off the main street settings we would not have found by ourselves. Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed the adventure of riding around Loreto. The tacos were amazing! Our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. Overall we loved finding the best tacos in town and viewing the town over our handlebars.

Do this tour early in your stay in Loreto so you can return to these hidden gems of small eateries for more delicious food later. Arrive for your tour ready to eat, as you will stop at six or so small family run places for a yummy, local, and freshly made specialty at each location. Food ranges from fish tacos to posele to frozen treats and plenty in between. Our guide Adele lives in Loreto and speaks perfect English and Spanish and can tell jokes in both languages. The walk is an easy one and makes a delicious loop through Loreto.
