Overview

The southern and eastern Phu Quoc sightseeing tour is the perfect combination of these factors. The tour takes you to visit the pearl farm, learn how to fish in the sea, and visit the fish sauce factory, the sim wine production base and the Phu Quoc pepper garden.   • Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm

    9.00: Our tour guide will arrive your hotel to pick you up or you will meet up at the office if your hotel is located outside Duong Dong Town. The first attraction is Pearl Farm that exhibits many beautiful, precious string of pearls samples or even cultivated pearls that are handcrafted and raised by the locals here. Moreover, you also have the opportunity to watch the guide on site acts how to get a pearl from a sea boy. What an interesting experience for those who have never known before

  • Sim Son Phu Quoc

    9.30: We leave from Pearl Farm to visit Sim wine factory where local people produce Sim wine (Rose Myrtle wine) made from the fruit from the myrtle tree. In hear, you will have chance to taste test different types of sim wine...from light alcohol content to higher. If you like it, you can buy from store because Sim wine is only made in Phu Quoc Island.

    10.30: Another attraction is Ho Quoc Pagoda. This is the largest Buddhist temple on Phu Quoc Island. This spectacular temple is perched at the base of a lush mountain that faces the sea and and the rising sun.

  • Bai TįŗÆm Sao

    11.30: We get on the car to transfer to Sao Beach where you will enjoy lunch and have some fun of activities such as: swimming, water sport game with personal expenses or sunbathing on the beach or collect sea star for photo shoots. We will stop here for 1 hour 30 minutes and then leave Sao Beach to visit Phu Quoc Prison (Coconut Prison)

  • Phu Quoc Prison History Museum

    13.30: Arrive Phu Quoc prison, our tour guide will share with you many interesting information about this prison. Being a prison built by the French colonialist to imprison Vietnamese people which was known as Coconut Tree Prison, in 1967. This was the largest place to keep communist soldiers in the South with more than 32,000 prisoners. Coming here, you should be mentally prepared before coming in because the prison still contains artifacts or statues that look exactly like the scenes of the prison, the prisoners were brutally tortured.

    Leaving the prison, we will walk to fish sauce factory. Phu Quocā€™s fish sauce production in Vietnam is equivalent to Italyā€™s olive oil, Franceā€™s champagne ā€“ artisanal and traditional product made with only natural ingredients sourced locally.

    15:30 We check in Sun Premier Village Primavera: Walking tour of Kiss Bridge and Clock Tower On the way back, those wish to stop at Sunset Sanato or Night Market in Duong Dong Town (Entrance ticket fee & back by yourself at own expense). You will be back hotel in Duong Dong around 16:30. Tour ends, our tour guide says Good Bye

It was nice itinerary with a lot of stops and places we wouldnā€™t see on our own. Ren was great guide,very explanatory about all the stops and Vietnamese culture.

A whole trip was interesting. We had to visit pearl farm, pagoda, prison, pepper farm, fish soup farm, wine factory and Sao beach. Good food with nice funny tour guide" Ren". We had a great time and had a lot of fun. The lunch food was delicious and too many menu. It is more worth with the value.
