Walk at your own pace? Yes please!

Published on Sep, 2024

It was my first time in Zürich and I wanted an in depth experience at my own pace. I also had marked on my phone a few sites or stores I wanted to see as well. This was perfect! I was able to skip aspects I did not want to see very easily and go to additional places without needing to backtrack. I appreciated the thoroughness and the fact that I got a written transcript of the audio. For the price, it was an easy choice. You do need to make sure to have internet and I recommend a good pair of walking shoes because you are going to walk A LOT. It took me about 4-4/12 hours to do the tour but I got to sit and take it all in without feeling rushed. If you want a good experience and have a few hours to explore, you can’t beat this!

Self guided audio tour

Had a few problems with the audio link in the beginning but was able to get help and the problem fixed quickly. All in all a nice tour. Really liked being able to go at my own pace and spend time (or not) at the different locations

Audio tour through Zurich

Published on Jul, 2024

I was discovering places in Zurich which I‘ve only seen on pictures. I recommend this guided audio tour because it explains the history of Zurich quite well in depth and was able to expand my history knowledge and map understanding of Zurich. I think for me as a 17 year old high schooler from Sweden, I prefer a audio tour over a guided tour, because you can decide when to pause to eat lunch, can take relaxed pictures of the places and having to wait until the other people of your tour are away and you can go in the pace you want to go.

I enjoyed this affordable intro to spectacular Zürich!

Published on Jun, 2024

I learned so much about the fascinating history of Zürich. The views of the river are spectacular! The audio guide is full of details about Roman baths, labor guilds, and other aspects of Zürich history. I went at a leisurely pace by myself, and got to about 65 of the 111 landmarks in the audio. You can access it for up to a year, so I will try to finish the tour today since it’s my last day in Zürich. My only criticism, and it’s a small one, it that the music sounded like it was for a Hallmark movie.
