If you book an airport pick-up service we will send you a message when you land for the details of the baggage claim area where we will be waiting with a ... welcome sign with your name. Be sure to enter the correct information of the flight on which you arrive (airline and flight number) so we are able to track it. If you book a hotel pick-up please be ready at least 10 minutes before your booking time. If you selected a ROUNDTRIP specified service, please provide all travel information to assure the best logistic for you. •Vehicles Can take up to 6 passengers plus luggage. •Each flight requires a separate reservation regarding of number of passengers or same date arrival. • Same flight with different drop-off locations require a reservation for each location. •Complimentary waiting time applies ONLY in the eventuality of issues getting off the plain, baggage delay OR baggage claim needs. Itinerary

Once you make the reservation, we will need a name and phone number so that the driver can keep in touch with you and set the sign for the pick up. It is very important to keep your phone on hand for driver to be able to contact you at all times and prevent extra fees or ride cancellation. We will always see you in the baggage claim or Hotel lobby; extra wait time after 15 minutes or last minute pick-up time change have a $50 fee paid at pick-up. If you have any special need or request please contact us directly for orientation and/or quote.

It was good and he got us to our destination promptly even when we did not exactly know where we were going. He helped us figure out where we going. He patiently waited for us to get our bags from baggage claim.

Very professional service. Our driver was absolutely amazing - he came in the airport with an IPad flashing our name so we could easily identify him, he had champagne waiting for us in his luxury SUV ! We really enjoyed our journey to Ponce from San Juan, thank you so much for your hospitality!!!!
