Overview

In the first part of the tour you will see and experience the pecularities of everyday living on the arctic circle. How do the locals cope with deep darkness and cold of the winter and neverending light of summer? You will also learn the dramatic history of Rovaniemi whilst walking your way to Artikum which is a heritage center of Arctic living. In the Arktikum you'll have a short break and then it's time for deeper knowledge of Arctic. Arktikum is fabulous place with massive amount of impressive exhibitions, a guide will help you catch the crucial point without being drowned by information.
