Overview

Begin with learning how make tiramisù, following traditional recipes using all ingredients- mascarpone, eggs, coffee sugar and cocoa powder and tools needed. Following this, learn the secrets that go into making two types of pasta - fettuccine and ravioli from scratch. From creating the perfect dough from scratch to understanding the best ingredients used that seasons offer for toppings / stuffing. Discover the necessary ingredients - eggs and flour etc, used for each pasta type. Sit down and enjoy your meal after.

The cooking class was fantastic! The instructor was engaging, the recipes were easy to follow, and the hands-on experience was fun. I left feeling confident and inspired. Highly recommend!

Great Experience whether you are a solo traveller, group or family

I booked this last minute with my family for Christmas Eve, and so glad I did. Firstly the restaurant it’s in is a lovely organic food restaurant in a good location with lots of shopping, and pedestrianised spaces. The staff were all super friendly, and I liked how bright and clean the restaurant was too. The session was run very well, and our host was chatty, informative and fun. They are all great so I won’t say who ran ours! But she was wonderful with our kids who were 6&9, and helped bring the group together. It’s a lovely experience whether you are going solo, as friends / as a couple or a family and definitely recommend

Amazing teachers Patrick and Jack, also other staff members, we learn so much and also had fun on the way. Big plus is the delicious wine ( 3 different types) and Limoncello. Would go again for sure. <3

Fantastic experience, highly recommend. Even our children (seven and eight years old) had a great time. Super attentive staff and the end result was delicious! Trip highlight :)
