Overview

The first cooking class in Rome to come to life inside a real laboratory where every day 7 pastry chefs create wedding cakes, tarts and lots of gelato! We are very close to metro station line A (10 minutes from the centre of Rome) but, if you email us, we can also offer you a driver service at an extra charge to bring you straight to the laboratory where you will bake for 2 hours with our experienced and skilled bakers. During our pastry cooking class you will learn classic italian recipes loved all over the world, Tiramisu, Gelato and Cannolis, their secrets and history; it's a perfect activity for families, friends and couples... fun and authentic learning are guaranteed. This Baking Class in Rome will highlight your journey!

Join this Baking Workshop inside a professional, spacious, and well-equipped laboratory where Vice Italia will reveal you the secrets of the most famous italian Italian recipe: Italian Tiramisu, Sicilian Cannoli, and the beloved Gelato. Expert pastry chefs will unveil you all the tricks of production and preservation. Hands-on experience guaranteed! You will have all the tools and ingredients you need to make the three recipes with us and you will receive advice on how to easy replicate them at home. At the end of the cooking activity, we will wrap your creations so you can enjoy them whenever you want, but first, you won't be able to resist tasting the incredible gelato with your new friends or with your family in our laboratory! Fun bonding activity with the family.

We had such a fantastic time at the cooking class with Anna and her assistant.It was fun, engaging and the perfect family activity. Anna made it easy to follow along and the kids loved getting hands on in the lab.Highly recommend it for families looking to bond over something creative and delicious.

We took this class while on a family vacation to Rome. Our three kids (5, 9, and 12) had a great time and really enjoyed the hands on experience. Our Chef, Bea, did a great job making the class fun for the kids, and informative for the adults. I would highly recommend this activity for families.

We chose this class, as it seemed more special than the usual pasta or pizza classes. Another group cancelled, so we had Daniel all to ourselves. He prepared everything wonderfully, and it was really easy to keep up with instructions. We even did some little "contests" between the both of us with Daniel as the judge/umpire, which added extra fun. All the desserts (tiramisu, canneloni and gelato) were delicious, and we got to take loads 'home' to our Airbnb. The atelier is a bit outside of the city center, but we found this very fun to explore a different side to Rome. 10/10 would recommend.

So much fun!!!!! So informative!!!! So filling!!!! So professional!!! We were wanting a more authentic cooking experience with a good variety, and this is EXACTLY what we received. Amazing value for money! A little out of the heart of Rome which meant we got to experience a cool neighbourhood beforehand. Daniel was our master and he was also training a young woman called Beatrice and they were brilliant! My favourite... the cannoli!!!! Xxxx
