Our initial destination is Mirante das Canoas, a stunning viewpoint offering vistas of the Pedra da Gavea and Pedra Bonita mountains, as well as the Sao Conrado neighborhood. Following a brief stop, we'll proceed directly to Tijuca Park, just 15 minutes away.

Pick up covered area: Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Botafogo, São Conrado, Flamengo, Lagoa. Pickups outside these areas will have an additional charge.
Rainy weather does not affect the scheduled tour of the forest, which is known to be more enchanting and lively during such weather. The waterfalls are more magnificent and the chances of spotting wild animals increase during rainfall. Visitors are guaranteed a safe and unforgettable experience in the forest, regardless of the weather conditions.
Kindly be advised that the itinerary is subject to change based on various factors such as the park's regulations, prevailing natural conditions, and the physical capabilities of the group.
From May to October, reduced rainfall can impact the flow of certain waterfalls, affecting the itinerary. Please note that photos are for reference only and may reflect conditions during the wetter months.

During peak season (December to March), afternoon tour pickups will be scheduled around 1:30 PM.

The tour guide exhibited extensive expertise of the history and culture and lead us on an exhilarating adventure hiking through the forest and wading at the waterfalls. To top it off, he was an excellent and creative photographer, offering to arrange the most interesting poses to capture artistic shots of each couple. If I wasn’t already booked for another excursion, I’d do it all again tomorrow! Thanks for making our first trip to Brazil one to remember!

It was amazing! Eduardo is a great and fun guide and knows very well his way to the best spots in the forest. His English is pretty good, he could easily communicate with the group.

1. The guide Rafael had amazing knowledge & was brilliant in all aspects 2. Rafael was mindful of the range of people in the group, aware of individuals’ needs 3. Nothing was too much bother & we were never rushed 4. Rafael was respected by other tour guides 5. Really helpful with regard to other points of interest for a traveller locally 6. Well worth going on this tour - wildlife was great to see, the nature & trail were awesome 7. In places, the climb/trail could be quite difficult potentially for somebody who may have limited mobility or mobility issues 8. Amazing to cool off in the waterfall at the end of the hike In summary: if you’re looking for a change from the beach, shops & the crowds at other attractions, try this out - limited to 6 people with the best, most awesome guide EVER. Thanks for making this trip one of my top this holiday Rafael :))
