The booking process was easy. We booked round trip service while in Punta Cana. Communication was excellent. They reached out the day prior to our checkout date to confirm our flight details and what time we wanted to be picked up. We had the same driver. He was prompt and drove safely. We will use this service for any future Punta Cana visits. We enjoyed the private ride and getting right to our destinations where shared services have to make additional resort stops.
