Kickstart your day with a traditional Jamaican breakfast, try brownstew or curry chicken, boiled dumplings, yam & callaloo. After this delicious start, we’ll make our way to the patty shop to sample beef patty, chicken patty & coco bread. Next stop, discover Jamaica’s rich tropical fruit variety; sugar cane, coconut & pineapple. Lastly, we’ll visit a local coffee shop to experience Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. Option #2. Begin your afternoon food tour with a stop at a traditional restaurant to enjoy classic Jamaican dishes such as oxtail (subject to availability), brownstew pork, beef stew or curried goat served with a side of rice and peas and stemmed veges. Next stop is the patty shop to sample beef patty, cheesy beef patty or chicken patty. Finish at a renowned eatery where you'll savor juicy jerk chicken, marinated in a blend of island spices and slow-cooked over pimento wood.

Amazing food tour!

Daz was a great guide! I thought we were just going on a food tour but the tour also consisted of areas around Montego Bay while he gave us a history lesson and some information about these places. The food locations he also took us to was so good and so filling! I thought it was sample sizes of food but it was more than enough food to even have left overs! I would definitely recommend this food tour!

I went on the food tour with Mama G and it was the best experience we have had on the island! She was so much fun and had so much knowledge about the island! It is a must do!

Das was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the entire Montego Bay area. Great food recommendations and definitely did not leave hungry! Was very flexible when our travel plans changed last minute. Highly recommend!
