An Amazing Mezcal Experience in Oaxaca

Visiting this maguey field was one of the highlights of our trip to Oaxaca. From the moment we arrived, Rodrigo, our guide, made us feel incredibly welcome. He gave us a fascinating tour of the maguey field and explained every step of the artisanal mezcal-making process in detail. The mezcal tasting was outstanding—we could try as many varieties as we wanted, and every single one was excellent. Also, the traditional Mexican dishes prepared by Rodrigo's wife were absolutely delicious. Will definitely go back on my next visit to Oaxaca!
