Firostefani

After picking you up at a place of your choice, stop at Firostefani. stroll through the village towards the famous blue-domed churches where you have the opportunity to explore this traditional village on your own. You will also see and learn about the geological formation of the island, the genesis, and history of Santorini.

The proposed tour covers the island's major sights, such as the village of Oia, filled with whitewashed building's overlooking the island's caldera.

Santorini is also home to its own ancient ruins: the site of Akrotiri, an ancient Minoan village that was buried by the island’s colossal volcanic eruption. Don't miss the chance to see the incredible, well-preserved remnants of the settlement for yourself. (optional visit)

Afterwards, it’s on to the island’s appropriately named Red Beach. Named for their distinctively colored sand, and offer stunning views over the Aegean Sea.

I've been back in the States for three weeks now, but I still can’t stop raving about our private tour! Theodore was amazing! Saw the whole island!

Theodore made sure we saw and found whatever we mentioned to him. We asked for gelato he found us the best in town. We mentioned we forgot a bandana and he stopped multiple places until he found bandanas. We saw the whole island and learned a lot. We loved the black sand beach he took us to. Theodore made everything very interesting. He took extra time to make sure we found food the locals before he left us.

It was truly amazing! Theo was wonderful, informative and so kind! He took us to an amazing bakery and had the most delicious breakfast pastries and coffee. We covered the entire island, learned a lot, and never felt rushed! This was our first time to Santorini and most definitely will be back and will reach out to Theo again!
