Itinerary

  • Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu

    Taking this private tour means that you will be able to choose a time, between 5:30 am and 3:30 pm, to receive your guide and depart by bus from Aguas Calientes. After a 20-minute drive to the top of Machu Picchu hill, you'll enter the archaeological site and begin a 2.5-hour tour of the ancient Inca citadel, characterized by its stepped hills, resident llamas, and dramatically jutting mountains. Enrich your historical knowledge at prominent archaeological sites such as the Main Temple, the Royal Tomb, and the Sacred Plaza, and capture spectacular photos at vantage points on the way to Puerta del Sol and the Temple of the Sun.

  • Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu

    A private guide means you'll be able to ask plenty of questions and customize your itinerary to suit your interests. Also, your guide will be more than happy to take pictures of you and your group during the experience. After a thorough exploration of the most famous archaeological site in South America, you will return to Aguas Calientes by bus.

Great excursion!

Yudi, our guide, was professional and fun as well as being respectful of my limited mobility issues because of the altitude and heart issues. We were very fortunate to have sunshine during our Machu Picchu tour and we could see the surrounding mountains. We know others who were not so fortunate. A personal tour was perfect so that we could move at our own pace and have one-on-one with our knowledgeable guide.

Amazing experience on Machu Picchu

Our visit to Machu Picchu was an amazing experience, made even better by our guide Renee (sp?) who shared so much knowledge of the history and culture. He met us at our hotel the night before to explain what to expect and the guided us every step of the way.

Macchu Pichu tour

Rayza helped with organizing our tour. There were a few hiccups with communication given our schedule but she was able to accommodate us and things worked out perfectly. She was in constant communication with us. Our tour guide Yudi was phenomenal. We have done a lot of tours over the past years at various places and she was exceptional. Patient, informative and allowed us time to take pictures, explain about Macchu Pichu and the Inca Trail. She gave us great pointers and little known facts about MP and overall was just a vast of knowledge and a pleasure to spend the day with. We recommend this trip and especially Yudi as your guide. Make sure you bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent. We weren’t told this in advance and the mosquitos can be annoying.
