Meet your guide or driver in the lobby of your hotel or airport, hop into your private vehicle, and start your adventure from the famous Tian'anmen Square. Stroll around Tian'anmen Square with your knowledgeable tour guide, learn the functions of the buildings around the Square. Here, you will see the National Museum of China, the Monument to the Peopleās Heroes, Chairman Mao's Memorial Hall, the National Museum, the Great Hall of the People and more.

Pass through Tian'anmen Gate, and enter the magnificent Forbidden City via Meridian Gate.
Forbidden City, a 250-acre (101-ha.) complex of courtyards, palaces, pavilions, and gardens that served as the imperial palace for emperors and their households for more than 500 years. Explore the courtyards and halls of the Forbidden City and hear many interesting stories about this massive palace.

Let our guide bring you back to the Ming and Qing Dynasties. You will visit the most important buildings inside the Forbidden City, such as the Hall of Great Harmony, the largest wooden structure in China where the emperor used to hold official ceremonies. Move on to the the Hall of Central Harmony, and the Hall of Compete Harmony. Admire the Hall of Preserving Harmony, used for banquets and for imperial examinations.

Then, move on to the Inner Court, where the Emperor and his family members lived: Hall of Union, Hall Heavenly Purity, and Hall of Earthly Tranquillity. Learn many interesting stories about the emperor, empresses, concubine and Eunuches, as well as their life inside the palace.

Your tour of the Forbidden city will end at the Imperial Garden, then you will exit the Forbidden city from the north Gate. Stop for lunch before heading to the Great Wall at Mutianyu section.

The Great Wall at Mutianyu was built and restored in the early Ming Dynasty (1368 ā 1644) on the remnants of a Wall originally built in the Northern Qi Dynasty (550-577). Reconstruction took place under the supervision of Xu Da, one of the founding generals of the Ming Dynasty, who was responsible for building a Wall from Shanhaiguan in the east to as far as Mutianyu. Upon arrival at the the Mutianyu Great Wall, youāll enjoy a peaceful experience and take time to marvel at this wondrous structure and the surrounding hillsides that look north toward Mongolia. Follow your tour guide to use the cable car or ski lift to reach the wall to make your trip easy and time saving. Spend 1-2 hours hike up and down to explore various beacon and watch towers, learn many interesting facts about this world's longest manmade structure! Descent either by cable car or fun toboggan. Afterwards, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Beijing or airport.
