Knowing basic Chinese knowledge and sentences will enrich your trip experience in China. It'd be exited if you can order food or ask price in Mandarin Chinese after a two-hour course. If it can bring you interest to start learning this language is even better, especially for children. As a Mandarin Chinese teacher with more than 10 years of experience, I truly believe I can bring you something special in this course.

Personalized Chinese Language Lessons

I recently had 10 one hour private lessons in Chinese with a lovely young woman by the first name of Becky. She came to the Yangshuo Traditional Tai Chi School once per week for me as well as for a few of the other students. Becky was very attentive to my lack of understanding. We began by learning single words that I wanted to know so as to get around town easily. From there she taught me the Pinyin form of Chinese, the tones, and proper sentence structures. I have learned quite a lot in the short time in which she was my teacher. It has been much easier for me to get around now knowing how to ask for and direct a taxi to where I wish to go, ask for the bill or the toilet in a restaurant, change large notes for smaller notes at the bank, etc. I would recommend Becky to anyone interested in learning the Chinese Language in a heart beat! She is very personable, quite compassionate and has a great sense of humor. So I would say that you need look no further and give Becky a call. You won’t regret it! Cheers! G. Shaffer
