Wonderful guide and fascinating tour. Laksmi knew so many people and was able to show us a really tremendous array of foods and other things in the stalls and told great stories about the markets, the people and the place.

It was an excellent walking tour to provide many interesting unknown details about the shops, the merchants and their goods, and the buildings. Lakshmi was a wonderful guide and I enjoyed the guided tour, though it was hot and stuffy, it was an exciting afternoon.
