We know that 3 EUR for a tour sounds crazy. Here is how it works: you pay 3 EUR booking fee to join the tour. We promise we’ll do our best to show you Prague, its top sights and teach you about Czech food, history and culture. At the end of the tour you can leave the guide a tip of your own liking. Please note, that we DO NOT provide REFUNDS requests AFTER the tour had already started. 1. Only a group of 8 people max. can join the tour. More than 8 people need to book our private tour. 2. You will be joining a tip-based tour. Guides are highly motivated to do their best. 3. The group size is usually anything between 10 - 30 people. To keep the quality high, our group size does not exceed 30 people. 4. We are a team of mostly Czech locals and certified guides with many years of experience. 5. We also have a YouTube channel Real Prague Guides where we make useful videos about Prague.

    Our tour includes visiting one of the most famous and mysterious churches of the Old Town. Learn more about legends and secrets of this baroque shrine and admire its stunning art!

    Visiting Prague without seeing one of the oldest astronomical clocks in the world is a crime nobody can afford to commit! You will not only learn about the creation and the mechanism of the clock, but will also view the famous clock show as a part of our tour.

    The iconic gothic sight of the Old Town Square, the Tyn church sparks a lot of questions: who built it, how do people enter it, and why its towers look so different. Do not worry, we are going to answer all of them!

    The youngest sight on our tour,but not the last one in terms of importance, John Lennon Wall is one of the most popular places to visit in Prague. We will explain the cultural significance of the sight and how it has been changing together with Czech Republic.

  • This tour does not cover the Jewish Quarter Museums as they require a different guided tour that can only be arranged through the Jewish Museum. We try our best to cover the most important sights of the Jewish history on this tour, but we do not go into details about WWII as we have a diffrent tour for that called WWII and Communism 3 hour Tip Based Tour. Please understand, that if you want to see the Jewish Quarter in detail, you need to join a different tour.

A must for any visit

Katerina was an absolutely amazing tour guide and we had a really enjoyable experience. She was very knowledgeable and made us laugh too! I have done a few walking tours like this in various cities across Europe and this was up there with one of the best. Would definitely recommend doing this at the start of your trip as we did because it is a great introduction to the layout and history of the city. Thanks so much for a great time!!

Iva is so friendly and chatty and full of knowledge I felt so comfortable asking her question. The tour was amazing, you see so many wonderful things and it is very in depth. It’s nice to be able to walk around Prague after the tour and put context to the buildings and landmarks.

This was a fantastic walking tour, led by our guide Nico. He showed us many historic sites and brought them to life with interesting background and a dash of humour! We learnt so much and it was a great way to hear about the history of the city and see the sights. We had such a good time, we booked two more of the Real Prague Guides tours. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Nico!
