Private Tour of Pompeii with Cruise Port Pick Up

We scheduled a private tour of Pompeii through Tour Travel & More for our one day stop in Naples while on a cruise. From the time we booked, Maya Nader was helpful and informative. The tour was the best decision we made. We had a private car (driver was Alessandro) take us to and from Pompeii also arranged through Maya. Our tour guide, Paulo, was the best! He was so full of information that we would have missed otherwise and he carefully steered us to see all the notable sites without the crowds. I would not hesitate to schedule a tour through Tour Travel & More in the future.

Our guide Paulo was excellent. He was very informative and friendly. We very much enjoyed our tour. Our driver didn’t speak English well, but we had a great time singing with him on the drive.

What a wonderful experience! Our guide was knowledgeable but also funny and really tuned into our needs. It as hot and crowded the day we were there and he flawlessly guided us to less crowded but no less fabulous sites. His commentary really helped us understand the significance of where we were and what had happen on a human level. Don’t miss this trip!

Paolo is an incredible guide. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the history of Pompeii. We had limited time to get from the port of Naples down to Pompeii and back to Naples before catching a train to Rome. This service made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommended!
