Itinerary

The program consists of 4 PARTS: 1. VISIT THE MARKET: the experience start at 4:00pm. The meeting point is: Calle Universidad 109. from there we will walk to the local market. We will appreciate how it is truly a mark for locals and we will taste some local products. 2. INTRODUCTION: After that, we will return home and is where we will start the cooking class, of course with a brief introduction about the products we will use and of course, a little history about Peru and Arequipa. 3. LET'S DO IT!: It's time to put our skills into practice. Here, with the help of the Chef, we will do it, step by step and without keeping any secrets. You will learn to make our flagship dishes. those will be “CAUSA RELLENA” AND “LOMO SALTADO”. 4. HAPPY HOUR!: What better way to end a wonderful evening. The stuffed cause is one of the most popular starter dishes in Peru, very traditional made with potatoes, chicken, avocado, etc.

Lomo Saltado or Sautéed Mushroom (Vegetarian option)

Made with beef or chicken, accompanied by onion, tomato, chili, potato and since it is a Nikkei fusion, we use soy sauce and oysters.
