Our English-speaking chef will guide you through crafting authentic Italian fresh pasta and tiramisù from scratch, all while enjoying fine Italian wine! Each participant will have their own station for a hands-on experience. You'll have the opportunity to learn how to make two types of pasta shapes: classic fettuccine and delicious stuffed ravioli! And what better way to enhance your experience than with an authentic Italian aperitif? Treat yourself to a refreshing Sparkling wine & Chips before diving into the cooking fun. Under the guidance of our English-speaking chef, you'll embark on a culinary adventure, learning the art of fettuccine, ravioli and tiramisù preparation step by step. This class was fantastic! Carlo was such a great and personable teacher. We made so much pasta! We created our dough, made fettuccine and ravioli, and a tiramisu. We had wine and chips too

Marina was excellent, she made the experience so much fun but also easy to follow. It doesn’t matter what your cooking experience is, you will have the best time. Such a good opportunity to meet other people and share life experiences. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

We loved our cooking Course! Marina was fantastic, explaining everything Beautifully full of encouragement and lovely with our kids. The whole experience was excellent from the communication through the demonstration and cooking practice and the final meal at the end thank you so much. We loved it.

Learned a lot and had a bunch of laughs with new acquaintances from around the world. In the end we also got the recipes!! If you’re near the Vatican… and have some time and want to eat some good, fresh Italian food, do it!!
