To make your Roman Holiday even better than you could have ever imagined, you must try an iconic cooking class. Join us at Ristorante Tucci, and let's learn together all the secret ways to make the best Fettuccine pasta and the most famous Italian dessert, the Tiramisu. You'll learn to make pasta and tiramisu with the guidance of our experienced hosts, or so-called "mini chefs". They will show you every step of making fresh pasta, as well as how to make tiramisu. This will be an experience that you will never forget! And you'll return from Italy with the knowledge of making delicious Italian pasta and tiramisu.

Meeting points

We meet guests inside Ristorante Tucci. Arrival time 10 minutes early. Upon arrival, ask the restaurant staff to take you to the activity. Guests who are late, or not showing up can be rebooked only for an extra cost. Reach out to our customer service for assistance! Refunds are not accepted.

Itinerary

Once you're ready for the cooking part of the experience, your Tiramisu will be taken to the fridge of the restaurant. For your pasta, you will have the option to choose between 4 types of traditional Italian pasta dishes: Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, al Pomodoro, or al Pesto. Whichever you choose, you write a note for your pasta, and the chef will take you to your tables at the restaurant. After you're seated, the restaurant's staff will bring you bruschetta for an appetizer (bread with tomatoes, oil, and basil on top). You'll be able to choose a glass of beer or wine, and after your main dish, you can also order a coffee or limoncello. Enjoy the appetizer and drink while the restaurant's kitchen cooks your pasta with the sauce you choose. Once that's ready, they will serve it for you. They will then bring your Tiramisu too, to enjoy on Rome's most famous square the Italian dessert you made yourself. NO GLUTEN or LACTOSE FREE!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time and experience with Pauline and Zara. We made fettuccine pasta and tiramisu. We selected our sauce and enjoyed some wine and bruschetta while we waited for our dinner to be cooked. All staff are professional, extremely courteous and want your experience to be memorable.
