Gelsomina was a fantastic guide and we had an experience I recommend if you like immersing yourself in local culture. I am gluten free and though my choices were different they were just as tasty as my gluten eating husband. We went to several markets to find good gluten free options and the results did not disappoint. The market and tasting local cheese selections, pastry, crêpes and ending with some of the best macaroons I have tasted. At the end of this tour I felt as well as my husband that we had made a friend. We had also gained si much information about the local and Paris. I recommend this tour for a great tasting and a fun relaxing time.
