Very happy with it and recommend it for your first time in the Louvre (request François!)

My wife and I were very satisfied with the tour. We only had a relatively tight window to be in the museum and frankly, thought that the tour's value-add was going to be mainly the "skip the line" part and finding entrance tickets on short notice. But I was wrong: our guide François was very knowledgeable, funny and passionate, and had us navigating the "highlights" of the Louvre in a very enjoyable way, adding great color on myriad other works along the way. I had read in other reviews that some guides are not really experts and stick to a narrow script - François would 100% be the polar opposite. The organization was also good: finding the reps and the guide outside the museum was easy, we went in exactly at the scheduled time, skipped the line fairly quickly despite a 5-min. mishap at the entrance (it was solved quickly) and dropped our coats at the vestiaire easily.
