What you need to know is that Chef Fulvio is passionate and knowledgeable about Sicilian history and gastronomy. Be sure to hire him if you want authentic cannoli and interesting insights on Sicilian history … it’s time well spent!

Alessandra and I had a wonderful time! She is so personable and was a great and knowledgeable companion during our walk through Palermo. All of the street food I had was amazing and expertly curated. Would definitely recommend to others.

Not-to-Be Missed Market Tour with Fulvio!

What a fun culinary adventure spending an afternoon at a Palermo market with the energetic and extremely knowledgeable guide, Fulvio. We learned about street food and also about some Sicilian history and sites. Clearly Fulvio knows all the best spots for arancini, pizza, dried fruits and nuts, cannoli, street food, and more! We even spent a little time at a Sicilian coppola hat shop, which was great fun. His enthusiasm for all things Sicilian is infectious. Our advice: Be sure to spend time with Fulvio when in Palermo; you will come away with a deeper appreciation of Sicilian culture and a smile.

As we wandered through the market, he shared bits of local history, funny stories, culinary tips and delicious samples of food & drink with us. There is no better way to experience the market!

An Amazing Street Food Tour

Fulvio is the perfect ambassador for Palermo. We received some unique back stories about sites. Then we strolled through one of the markets, stopped in unique shops and then tasted some classic street foods such as arancini, panelle, and of course, cannoli and much more. We also stopped in one of the oldest bars in Palermo and drank some Sicilian wine. An additional stop was made at a Coppola store where the Sicilian hats were being handcrafted before our eyes. The tour offers a lot of variety. Plenty of food was provided - all of us left with full tummies. This food tour includes a lovely walk around the city of Palermo with someone who loves his city; Fulvio is a master tour guide.
