Overview

Enjoy a 2-day trip from Delhi to Agra, beginning with a comfortable AC car pick-up from your chosen location. Experience the breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal at sunrise and sunset from Mehtab Bagh. On Day 1: visit the Agra Fort and explore the Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah, known as the Baby Taj Mahal. Return to the hotel or dine at an Indian multi-cuisine restaurant. Day 2 starts with a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, followed by breakfast and a tour of Fatehpur Sikri. Drop-off or departure arrangements can be made at Delhi airport, hotel, or any desired location. Later as per your time, visit Fatehpur Sikri, a 16th century Mughal architecture made up of red sandstone. Also, move to the famous local bazaars and leather markets. Then drive back to delhi to your desired place, hotel or airport.

    Pick-Up from hotel in Delhi at 9AM. Drive to Agra. It will take upto 3 hours to arrive in Agra. When you arrive in Agra, check-in to your hotel. Later in evening proceed for Agra Sightseeing Tour.

    First monument you will visit in Agra will be Agra Fort. Explore the giant red stone building. You can spend upto 2 hours at this monument.Agra Fort is a historic monument in Agra, India, renowned for its impressive architecture and rich history. Built primarily of red sandstone, it served as the main residence of the Mughal emperors until the capital shifted to Delhi. The fort features notable structures like the Delhi Gate and Lahore Gate, along with palaces, mosques, and gardens within its fortified walls.     After visiting Agra Fort, proceed to visit Itimad-ud-Daulah. Also known as Baby Taj. You can spend upto 1 hours at this monument.Itmad-ud-Daulah, also known as the Baby Taj Mahal, is a Mughal mausoleum located in Agra, India. Built between 1622 and 1628, it was commissioned by Nur Jahan, the wife of Emperor Jahangir, in memory of her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg. This exquisite marble tomb is renowned for its intricate craftsmanship and delicate carvings, setting it apart as a gem of Mughal architecture. It pre-dates the Taj Mahal and is often regarded as a precursor to its grandeur, earning it the nickname "Baby Taj."

    After visiting Baby Taj, you will proceed to visit Mehtab Bagh. Explore the sunset view of Taj Mahal. After visiting Mehtab Bagh, drive back to hotel. Great service to all Agra sites

Hyder Ali was my guide. He did an exceptional job showing me the Taj Mahal, Baby Taj, and Agra Fort. He knew so many facts on all. He also knew the best place for photos. Ajay was the drive and did a great job taking me from Delhi to Agra and to all the site. I recommend this tour to everyone.

Nabeel (guide) and Jeetu (driver) made my Agra experience lovely. Jeetu picked me up from my hotel in Delhi and got me safely to Agra…we stopped for some delicious chai on the way. His positive demeanor was appreciated on the long drive. Nabeel is one of the best guides I have had in the world (and I have visited 70+ cultural sites with guides). He provided the history and context of each site we visited. I learned the history of the sites, but also about the communities here in Agra. He took some wonderful pictures (my new WhatsApp photo). Prior to entering areas where a tip or service would be offered, he explained the process to me and I never felt pressured. When I asked about things outside the itinerary (e.g., spice shopping), he arranged it. I was guided through each step of this experience and I highly recommend this trip. Although the clouds did not part at Taj Mahal sunrise (I am visiting in the rainy season), my heart was filled with light and appreciation for this beautiful place. I hope to return again and I will definitely book a guided experience here again! Great option if you are traveling alone or in a big group! Oh an I would be remiss if I didn’t mention I chose the 5-Star accommodations options and I was extremely impressed with the Jaypee Hotel that was organized for me.
