Overview

Drop in for an hour, let us introduce you to this great sport and guide you through the basics of throwing an axe and hitting the bullseye! Bring your friends and family, a stranger you met on the bus, a tinder date you want to make a great first impression on… grab an axe and get throwing! Axe throwing is an amazing indoor activity in Whistler, no matter the weather outside you can always throw and axe! It’s a great opportunity to learn a new skill under the guidance of our experienced coaches, or perfect the skills you already have. In a mountain town with few indoor activities, Forged Axe Throwing is perfect for a Sunday-Funday, a rainy day, smokey fire day, or a get-out-of-the-cold activity. Bring your friends and family, a stranger you met on the bus, a bumble date…grab an axe and get throwing!

Itinerary

Our axe throwing host will meet you at our front desk. Once you're all signed in you'll get to throwing in no time! Our coaches will teach you the basics of throwing, how to score a match, and teach you some trick throws and tournament style games!

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign waivers forms and go through safety precautions. All sessions start at the top of the hour, 12pm - 8pm. We are located a short drive from Whistler village, please arrange transportation ahead of time.

Nice facilities and excellent staff. It was a fun way to spend an hour with my family. It was also nice that there was some interaction with other groups.

Great set up and lots of fun. Hosts were accommodating. Couple of the Targets were a little beat up, but understand this was due to a supply issue…? Overall great experience. Thank you

Tired of same old! so we decided to try something new. And Forged Axe Throwing was awesome. I thoroughly recommend it for all ages of adults 19-90 We are 3 mature ladies (upper 15% of age range) and 1 younger daughter, and we had a blast. Staff were amazing, facility easy to find, and best of all we just had a really good time!

What a wonderful experience I had on Wednesday, November 6th. It was my first time participating in Axe throwing. The staff were great, the facilities were incredible. We were welcomed with open arms. The energy was amazing and the entire event was brilliant. Alex was our host and made it all so enjoyable and fun. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends , family and guests. We were part of the Listel Hotel group. Many thanks , Kate
