Overview

The tour starts in front of Naha "Tembusu-kan", the central part of Naha Kokusai-dori. Go through the center of Kokusai-dori and Capture the some nice shots of the history of Kokusai-dori! If the timing is right, a parade and other events will be held, so you may be able to take some great photos. Then head to the first izakaya. Toast the start of your tour with Okinawa beer and good local foods! (Other drinks are of course available, too!) There's also a Habu-shu which is Habu snake liquire, so if you're brave enough, join your guide for a taste of the unique drinking experience here!

I came alone and Hic was an amazing guide, the highlight of the tour for me was the finale with the live performance! I recommend going Fri/Sat when the place is fully packed to get the live audience experience. (Maybe it's always full of people) All of the places were local places that I believe I would've had a hard time finding on my own. Highly recommend!

Hic was a great guide. He explained a lot. The three avenues were also great. The restaurants provided us with okinawian food and drinks.

We had a great time checking out 3 local bars just off Kokusai shopping street. Our guide’s English was flawless and he helped us try a series of local specialties and really made us feel like one of the people. Hats off to Clifford if you’re lucky enough to get him.

Clifford was an absolutely amazing guide! We had such a great time visiting off the tourist trap izakayas. Definitely recommended and the live performance at the end was amazing. Thank you so much! A wonderful introduction to Okinawan culture, food, beer and life ❤️❤️
