Overview

Train Muay Thai in Bangkok like a real fighter (as a Nak Muay), but live in a boutique resort! We offer you a complete experience, where you can enjoy Muay Thai training, relax in “simple-luxury” rooms, and explore the adventures of Bangkok. Beginners are welcome! With modern facilities, we can accommodate all Muay Thai enthusiasts. It doesn’t matter if you come for the experience of joining a Muay Thai fight in Thailand or just to improve your fitness level. Khongsittha can give you everything you need from traditional training, peaceful accommodation in one of our 80 boutique rooms (with 24 hour check-in), to a full meal plan for you to control your diet.

Itinerary

Included: Muay Thai Training + Accommodation (3 nights) We welcome all experience levels: beginner, intermediate, or advance! Morning session: 8:30 am - 10:00 am. Afternoon session: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm. The training routine will be adjusted according to your level.

Best Gym In Bangkok

Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, informative, fun environment to spend the last month in, every single one of the coaches knows more about Muay Thai than you could even comprehend and they are all some of the best most kind hearted teachers I’ve had in my entire life. Out of the 100s of gyms in Bangkok, Khongsittha is by far the best overall experience. I’ve made friends for life, and the overall camaraderie of all of the students and the coaches is unique to this gym. To all the students and coaches at Khongsittha I thank you.

Great authentic experience

The gym itself is very authentic and has that traditional vibe. Trainers are very experienced and friendly - offering great time while learning. Different levels of students make it easier for new people to join in. Accommodation is right behind the gym which makes it easier to get to the trainings and there's also a market right beside the gym so you can grab food after the training.

Thank you to the trainers at Khongsittha for providing a safe and fun environment to learn Muay Thai. Your experience, knowledge and sharp attention to detail has helped to improve my technique in a short span of time (I stayed for one month). Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advance, each trainer can gage your skill level and teach you accordingly. And the trainers take care of you, if you have any injuries (like I did). Thank you to Kru Jack for teaching me new techniques and taking the time to explain the steps. I learnt a lot from you. And to Kru Yuen, thank you for pushing me physically and mentally in training and taking the time to correct my basics (techniques). I would encourage anyone, whatever your skill level, to check out and train at Khongsitta Muay Thai, when you're in Bangkok. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Until next time…

Amazing 30 days muaythai experience.

My stay at Khongsittha Muaythai for 30 days was amazing. The trainers are super friendly and very helpful. The gym was clean and has a great atmosphere about it. The adjoining hotel was great to stay in, just a 2 min walk to training. The rooms are clean with hot water and wifi and the local area has everything you would need, like authentic Thai food and cafés all within 5 min walk. I found the gym was a great place to have as a base to see the many amazing tourist sights that Bangkok has to offer and most things where within 45min cab ride. I highly recommend staying and training here and I’m sure I’ll be back again.

The training sessions were technical, with the instructors tailoring the padwork, sparring etc. to the specific individual. I felt that every session was beneficial and exposure to the variety of trainers led to many useful pearls of advice which led to improved balance and execution of technique. Friendly and welcoming environment with the clean and comfortable accommodation make for a memorable experience!
