Discover Lucerne, one of the most beautiful cities in the Swiss Alps, and enjoy an ultimate winter adventure on the beginners slope of the legendary Mount Titlis in the afternoon (for first timers only, no experience required). Experience the real winter with us and stand on ski for the first time in your life.

Meeting points

The official departure point for all tours departing from Zurich is Sihlquai Bus Station, near Zurich’s main train station (Zürich HB). Please check in at least 15 minutes before departure at the “Best of Switzerland Tours” counter with your QR code on your voucher ready, printed or electronically.

Zurich (Pass By)

After pickup at Sihlquai Bus Station in Zurich, a scenic coach journey takes you through the beautiful countryside and along the shores of Lake Lucerne to the charming town of Lucerne.

Old Town Lucerne

Enjoy a brief orientation drive, where your guide points out the main attractions of this charming town like the Chapel Bridge, the Town Hall, the Jesuit Church, and the Culture and Convention Centre (KKL). Enjoy some time at leisure to explore the Old Town before the journey continues to Engelberg, where the valley station of Mt. Titlis cable car is located.

Lake Trubsee

A breath-taking journey with the aerial cable car takes you to the middle-station “Trübsee” where your snow adventure starts. A staff member of the snow park will meet you at the station and take you to the snow park where you receive all the necessary equipment for your snow adventure. Make your first moves on skis on the gentle beginner's slope - definitely a memorable experience you shouldn't miss. After your first experience on the skis, you can also enjoy sliding down the hill on snow tubes. A snow park staff member will be on spot to supervise the activities.

Titlis Bergbahnen

Finish your adventure by taking the Rotair revolving cable car to the top of Mt. Titlis located on 3'000 meters above sea level. From the sun terrace, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Swiss Alps and take some photos as a souvenir for those back home. In the late afternoon, descent with aerial cable cars.

Drive back via Lucerne to Zürich, where your action-packed day trip concludes with drop-off at Sihlquai Bus Station..

I am delighted with the tour. The organization was perfect. Our tour guide Marianne informed us bilingually about everything worth seeing and knowing. Marianne did a great job! Bravo and thank you Marianne. Although the weather on the Titlis was not really nice, lots of fog, everyone was more than happy. Thanks for the amazing tour and the excellent tour guide. It was a great experience! I would suggest to visit the top of mt. Titlis before going for the skiing because by the time we reached the cliff walk we saw nothing but fog. We should've went earlier. But overall it was a great and fun tour.

The 4 of us loved this experience (kids 10 & 12). The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting and helpful. We loved Lucerne and then Mt Titlis was breathtaking. Thoroughly recommend this tour.
