Whale watching like you've never experienced before. Our team gives you the opportunity to witness the spectacular humpback whale migration off the scenic Sunshine Coast above and below the water! Taking only 20 passengers, it gives everyone a front-row seat to witness breath-taking breaches, loud tail slaps, spy hops and penduncle throws while our state-of-the-art underwater HD cameras live stream all of the underwater action right to your seat! But wait, there's more! Our brand new hydrophone allows you to hear the whales sing as they play, making it a fully immersive experience unlike any other! Our knowledgeable skipper will provide you with entertaining and informative commentary educating you about these majestic creatures whilst you watch them frolic and play!   • Mooloolaba Beach (Pass By)

    Recently voted the number sixth best beach in Australia by Tripadvisor, Mooloolaba Beach is known as one of the most beautiful beaches on the Sunshine Coast.

  • Point Cartwright (Pass By)

    Flanked on one side by the ocean and the Mooloolah River on the other, Point Cartwright is a stunning beach, located at the base of the headland at the northern end of Kawana Beach. See the iconic Point Cartwright lighthouse and ocean themed mural-painted reservoir.

  • Alexandra Headland (Pass By)

    Alexandra Headland has a relaxed and laid back atmosphere that complements the soothing rolling surf and inviting beaches. Alexandra Headland's main attraction is its magnificent coastal frontage of beach, headland and parks extending for kilometres north and south.

  • Mudjimba (Pass By)

    Old Woman Island (or Mudjimba Island) is located 1km off the coast. There are a number of Aboriginal legends abound about the Island. One has it, the Island was the result of an epic battle between two men, Coolum and Ninderry, and a woman called Maroochy. The end result was that Coolum's head was knocked off and ended up in the ocean, creating Mudjimba Island. Mount Coolum, seven kilometers to the north, is now flat topped due to the lack of a head! There are various other legends involving Aboriginal women living on the island until old age, hence the "Old Woman" name.

Incredible Whale Watching

We had an incredible experience. Our skipper Jack and his assistant James were knowledgeable, easy going and fun. We spent approximately an hour with a very playful calf and it's mother - we saw lots of breaching and pectoral slapping. The boat was small so we weren't crowded and all had great views. I would definitely recommend this experience.

I am very well heeled global traveller with hospitality and maritime experience so this tour grabbed my attention so interested I booked by phone which was a taken through the procedure outlining the tour Greeted at the marina by very friendly captain and hostess - I was first to arrive so could see they greeted everyone sincerely as I was (a rare quality is a sea of mediocre tour operators) after the safety brief including weather reports we headed off The boat with high sides and intel monitor screens where a bonus in not perfect conditions gave a very comfortable and exciting ride We saw a whale breach far out off the port side and there were Dolphins in wake - I cannot recommend this operator and staff and boat highly enough Only wish I had more time in Mooloolabah as I’d do it again and again Well done You Guys!!! And Thank You Don’t often write on these things but was so impressed

Great Whale Watching Experience!

We went Whale Watching with Adventure Rafting, the crew was fantastic. We chose this tour for the smaller numbers, which meant we weren't lost in the crowd. We knew it was early in the season so we weren't sure we'd see whales (they are wild animals after all) but we did!! Even if we didn't the boat trip itself was so much fun. The crew did all they could and we got lucky. Thanks for a great time

We went with our family including 6 and 7 year old. We enjoyed the experience seeing a mother as well as a baby whale breaching. On the way back in we saw a turtle as well as narrowly missing another whale swimming close to the surface.
