After the soba-making experience, you will receive your own soba noodles and tempura made by a Japanese food craftsman. Japanese people are accustomed to eating tempura with soba.I want more customers to experience Japanese food. The event will be held for two or more people. A three-minute walk from Miyanosawa Station on the Sapporo Subway Tozai Line If you come by car, there are two parking spaces in front of the store. Soba-noodle making experience is also popular among Japanese.Soba is one of the traditional foods of Japan, and beating it yourself is a good way to experience the culture.You can learn the process of making dough from buckwheat flour, stretching and cutting noodles through the buckwheat-noodle-making experience. Flow of soba making experience ① Mix buckwheat flour ② Stretching soba noodles ③ Cut the soba noodles ④ Sample your own soba noodles and artisan-made tempura The actual soba making experience time will be around 30 minutes.Then it was a tasting, and it took all the time. It takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes to finish everything. Even small children can enjoy soba making. ※Please note that our shop is open as a hand-made soba restaurant during the lunch hours, so we may not be able to make inquiries on the day. Great experience Making Soba!

Amazing fun! We had a great time learning the art of making soba ! Teacher was funny and kind and his wife was too . They tempura they made us to go with our soba was delicious . It was great to get a feel for how a small noodle shop runs. It would be nice to have a vegan option and we had two in our party who didn't come because of that.

This dinner experience was quick and delicious. It was nice learning about Soba, how to make quality noodles, and the history of Soba in Japan. It was wonderful eating handmade noodles. The Soba noodles and tempura were phenomenal. I would highly recommend this experience.

This was so fun! They made it easy to understand. Taku and the lady are so nice. Cute establishment. Fun to shabu after too. Highly recommend. :-)

This was an incredible experience for anybody interested in Japanese cuisine and soba. The sake tasting, soba, and tempura were all fantastic, and this was the highlight of our trip to Sapporo.

The experience was amazing. Tatu did an excellent job at guiding us on how to make soba noodles. We got to eat it after as well! :)
