You can learn about Washoku from Yuki who is an experienced decorative sushi roll instructor. She has appeared on TV many times because she is popular. We welcome international guests to our Sushi Roll Preparation School in Sapporo. At our hands-on workshop you will learn how to cook decorative sushi rolls. This is about Yuki's class... At our hands-on workshop you will learn how to cook decorative sushi rolls. You can take away your sushi rolls after the class. You will get English instruction and ingredients, apron rental free, free pick-up service at Makomanai subway station ( if required ), and recipes in English in your class. If you have any special dietary concerns ( food allergies, Vegan and Vegetarian etc.) please inform us in advance. If you would like to discover Japanese cuisine much more, add exciting options below. You will learn how to decorate Bento ( lunch box ) in a traditional Syokado style. And enjoy your own Bento after the class. --- Options --- ● Hokkaido branded beef ( Biratori Wagyu, Shiraoi Gyu, etc.) ● Rice ball and steam rice ● 3 other dishes and miso soup ● 2 other dishes and miso soup ● 1 other dish and miso soup - Miso soup ~ at first how to make Dashi ( soup stock ) and then to make soup with homemade miso. - Steam rice( if required ) ~ how to prepare steam rice without using a rice cooker.

It was interesting and we really enjoyed the class. Yuki sensei is very kind and patient. You can talk to her about a lot of things besides making sushi. I recommend it to everyone, it's a great experience.

My daughter and I had an amazing time at the sushi class. We are from the US and the teacher speaks great english. We were instructed from on how to make flower sushi from scratch. We also received printed out instructions so we could make the sushi at home.

What a fabulous time we had learning to make sushi flowers from Yuki san! She’s such a patient and kind teacher & her home is absolutely lovely. Love her gorgeous Maine coon TiTi! Yuki san also drove us to the Buddha hill and took pictures for us. Learnt so much from her today. Do yourself a favour & hesitate no more. You’ll get to create an edible flower masterpiece!

Yuki was a great host and helpful host. My family really enjoyed our sushi making class. Great with kids. She communicated well and quickly. Also helped with transporting us back the train station. Overall great experience. Thank you Yuki for inviting us into your home.
