Please know traffic is heavy and parking is limited after 12pm on Fridays, weekends and holidays. If you are driving into South Beach please allot additional 45 minutes to enter South Beach and locate parking as some garages may be full and you will need to drive around to locate street parking. ALSO please check traffic advisory on Internet for any traffic delays.
Tour continues in rain or shine (except for Hurricanes Watches or Warnings). In the event of rain, we keep you indoors most of the time. Be sure to carry an umbrella or rain poncho to walk in between buildings. Statistically, rain showers do not last more than 20 minutes.

Jennifer and the whole crew is the best. I can’t recommend them enough. We had a wonderful tour of South Beach, along with some good context, stories, and cocktails. Will do it again.

A very informative and enjoyable walking tour to see and understand the history of Art Deco buildings in Miami South Beach. James was highly knowledgeable and entertaining and added to the formal parts of the tour with his great knowledge of the area. Would recommend.

Our group really enjoyed this tour. We had little to no knowledge of what art deco is but now we have a fresh outlook when looking at this style of architecture. Besides the art deco we also learned quite a bit about the history of Miami Beach and some of it's famous residents. Finally, if you like some corny jokes (which I did) interspersed during a tour, James is your guy!
