Overview

Starting from the heart of the city we walk along the Yarra River into Melbourne's world famous sporting precinct exploring over 150 years of sports history ranging from the Olympics, cricket, Australian football, rugby, tennis through to horseracing, F1, surfing and golf. We finish with a guided tour inside the MCG, visiting behind the scenes locations such as the players change rooms, the famous Long Room and the media centre.

Meeting points

Meet at Federation Square, between Transport Bar and Princes Bridge. Look out for the tour guide playing with a tennis ball. And please share a WhatsApp number so your guide can share their Live Location on the day and provide updates on the booking.

Ben is an amazing sports person, very well knowledge in all Australian sports and good at explaining details. He arrives early also provides guidance on where to park anticipating that we will be new to the place. Ben never rushed things, stops and explains the significance of building or history behind it. Gives times for photo opportunities.
