Our viewing location is the most ideal manta viewing location. We have just a short 5 minute boat ride out to our snorkel destination. Using our state of the art viewing board, our expert in water crew will guide you through the bay to view these beautiful animals. Enjoy approximately 30 minutes of in water viewing time. Meeting points

To Check in: Keauhou Shopping Center, 78-6831 Alii Drive, Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i 96740. Located inside the center in the courtyard behind Tropics, KTA & Bianelli's. Once checked in, you will drive to Keauhou Bay where the crew will greet you for the tour. If Ubering, schedule 2 stops in the app.

What can be better than viewing manta rays in the wild? Come aboard our vessel as we set out into the Pacific Ocean on a short 5 minute cruise to the mouth of Keauhou Bay for an in water observation of the the manta rays. Let our expert "in water" guides give you an experience of a lifetime. Imagine floating in a dark ocean near the water’s surface as you hold on to our state of the art flotation device outfitted with lights when giant prehistoric, creatures with wingspans over 12’ glide silently and effortlessly into view from out of the inky dark boundaries of light. As they feed, the manta ray will swim while doing somersaults (barrel rolls) and turning gracefully in the beams of piercing light, giving you the most unforgettable snorkel adventure ever! Our viewing location is the most ideal manta viewing location. Our in water crew will guide you through the bay to view these beautiful animals. Manta Ray viewing is a bucket list item for all who visit the Big Island. Come see what the excitement is all about. Snorkel participants must know how to swim. Tour time is 2 hrs, which includes time for checkin, gear and brief. Enjoy approx. 30 minutes of in water viewing time.

We have full discretion to refuse service to guests based on attire, behavior, physical fitness & condition
Please arrive no later than your scheduled check in time, as we have important information to review prior to leaving the dock, as well as outfit all guests with the equipment needed for the tour.

This was very fun! If you get sea sick easily definitely don’t recommend! The boat ride was amazing and snorkeling!

Well organized, lots of information, safe and an experience of a lifetime. Children should probably be over 10 years old to fully enjoy it. The guides were wonderful as was check in and the Captain of the boat.

The only complaint I have is that the directions were not clear as to what 6:00 START TIME meant. We showed up at the shop at 5:40, to find the shop locked. Knocked on the door and then we found out that they would unlock the doors at 6:00 and let us in to sign in. Then we got gear and then we drove to harbor to wait to board the boat. 6:00 start time to us meant that our boat trip would start at 6:00. I think this could be made clearer. Parking was difficult down by the harbor, so get into the store at 6:00 so you’d have a head start on finding parking. The staff in the boat was OUTSTANDING! Seeing manta rays was a once in a lifetime event!!! I’d advise that kids younger than 12 not try this, it was complicated to get into position with a pool noodle under your ankles so that you would lie prone or horizontal to observe the manta rays. Bring some cash for a tip. We forgot and we felt bad about that. I highly recommend this trip!!

Captain and crew were kind, helpful, friendly and made me feel so much at ease. I was so nervous about this but felt much better after they explained everything and reassured us of their safety measures. I rented life vest which helped focus more on paying attention, watching for manta and less focused on staying afloat with the choppy waves
