Sebastian took very good care of us! My experience trying to get information on airport transportation for Acapulco was very frustrating. With enough googling I happened upon TripAdvisor. Thank goodness. The airport transportation was seamless. Even though I messed up on our flight details, Sebastian hang in there to get us to the hotel. We also booked the city tour with him which was very beneficial to our stay. My husband likes to surf fish and brought his rods in case of the opportunity. Getting bait on the other hand was an entirely different thing, but with the help of fellow travelers and Sebastian, he provided us with some. If you like surf fishing, we learned this is not a beach you can successfully do that from, but it was an experience. Thanks again, Sebastian

Great communication, he is fluent in English and Spanish, also a tourism expert with several options of tours, punctual and not overly expensive, was nice to pre book arrival rather than negotiating with cab drivers, so we actually booked departure too… excellent driver and quite careful. The van is large and accommodating up to 9 people, a bit old but clean and AC is very good…
