We are leaving from a private deck for a guided two tank boat dive around the Island Roqueta where is about 15 minutes away from our dive resort. After the first dive we have a break where we including a snack and beverage.

Itinerary

You will leave in the morning for two tank boat dives around Roqueta Island and the harbor of Acapulco. The dives vary from shallow, deep, drifts, wreck, channel, walls and labyrinth around the Island, Quebrada and the Bay of Acapulco. Depending on your experience and your certification level, the staff will help you find the best place to dive. Discover local marine life like eagle rays, puffer fishes, blennies, octopus, flutefish, boxfish, seahorses, morays and during December - February some Humpback whales. Diving certification is required for this tour.

Scuba diving in Acapulco

Dives were great, even if the visibility was not so nice. But Luis, my master was great. Diving with him was amazing. And Jorge, the captain, is a very nice and funny person. Great dives, great people.

Great Time Diving

The communication was great. We were told when and where to meet and the driver arrived exactly on time. Once we got to the dive shop, our gear was prepared very quickly. Everything was checked to make sure that we were certified and safe, and down to the boat we went. We were taken out for the 2 dives, and it was very enjoyable. My wife and I were the only ones on the excursion that day so we got very personalized service. Everyone on the boat was great. If I return to Acapulco, I will definitely do this again.

Chose Swiss Divers Association for a Great Dive Trip!

Our dive experience with Luis from Swiss divers association was fantastic! He picked us up on time and allowed us to stop for sunscreen we forgot, before getting us to the dive shop where he outfitted us with full kits. He chose two dive sites in line with our abilities and comfort zone and was great at explaining what we would be doing and how. The dives were great, the captain and his assistant were super professional, and Luis was the best dive guide! I would highly recommend this experience!

Fantastic experience, we love SDA!

We had a wonderful day diving with SDA! Mario and the dive masters were very friendly and knowledgeable. The dive gear was in excellent condition. We saw several turtles up close, several eels, LOTS of pufferfish, Christmas tree worms, and a ray. There was a seahorse too. The highlight was definitely hearing humpback whale song for close to a half hour on one of the dives!! We would definitely use SDA again next time we are in Acapulco. We also appreciated the nice sandwiches for lunch. SDA took very good care of us and we really can't say enough about that. We were on a cruise ship and Mario was gracious in accommodating us for the date we were in port. Thank you, Mario! I can't imagine using any other shop in Acapulco.
