Arrival Service (not applicable to departure only bookings): After exiting your plane at Kingston's Norman Manley Airport, you'll be greeted by your Club Kingston Rep holding a personalized sign. Move through customs & immigration with fast track. Fill out immigration forms and you'll be guided through the fast-track line. Then, your host will help retrieve your luggage at baggage claim. Proceed through fast-track Customs line. You'll be escorted to your tour operator or private transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to arrival only bookings): Check in for your flight and head to security & immigration fast-track line. Present your voucher for quick access. Next, head to mezzanine level to enter Club Kingston departure lounge. Enjoy hi speed WiFi, flat-screen TVs, magazines, newspapers, or conference facility. Snack on fresh fruit, sandwiches, tapas, sushi, pastries, then sip on a warm coffee/tea, a cold beverage or an alcoholic beverage! Drinks and snacks are complimentary.

Vivienne, is so nice and courteous.pivk us up and Immigration and custom's line was very smooth. Then we went info the Oasis .The lounge was cool and very inviting. Snacks variety as great but that Rum punch was the icing on the cake.. it was so good you keep asking for more. Restroom clean and beautiful.

Definitely worth it. You can relax in comfort and grab something warm to eat before flying out. I had a really nice blended fruit punch and was even able to take a snack (or 2) with me for in-flight. Thanks to the team in Kingston for making the first part of my trip memorable. I will absolutely recommend to everyone. Can't wait to experience Club MoBay too. One Love!

A fab lounge with a good selection of hot and cold food. The service was amazing with Shanice being super attentive and checking in on us regularly. Would recommend the lounge although it can get quite busy.
