Overview

On this day trip to the beautiful “diamond of the south” you will visit some of the beautiful villages that the Isle of Wight has to offer such as Godshill and the seaside village of Shanklin. This tour includes luxury coach travel, return ferry crossing, plenty of free time to explore the enchanting villages with wonderful coastal views and the services of a tour manager. This is definitely a day out to remember.

    Visit the beautiful and quaint town of Goshill, famous for is model village, thatched cottages, strange garlic chocolate and medieval church on a hill.

    Enjoy the wide sandy beach, or wander through the thatched cottages in the old town at Shanklin, and take time to get some lunch.

Our guide Steve & our driver Wong were amazing! They were super helpful and everything went according to plan! I loved the Isle of Wight tour,even though I would have preferred to have more time in Osbourne house instead of Shanklin.

Steve and Wong make a great team as guide and driver. Steve was informative and entertaining the entire day and Wong was incredible in maneuvering the roads on the Isle of White. He was most impressive attempting to get us back to London Bridge Station, because of the VE Day celebrations, they had already closed some of the roads in central London. So, he and everyone else driving had to go other routes. Not only that, but I think he hit almost all of the red lights in London. They made the fact that the people in the London office weren't all that competent as everyone arrived by 7 a.m. in the morning because some people got 2 separate emails saying that the meeting time was 745 and the next day received another email saying we were leaving at 7. It ended up being 745. The tour itself was a sampling of the Isle of Wight. Osborne House should've gotten more than 90 minutes. The beach time could've been less than 2 hours as most people know what a beach looks like and it doesn't take 2 hours for lunch. Wong and Steve were great, though! The office, not so much. I gave 5 stars because Wong and Steve were so outstanding. Steve
