    17:30. Our tour guide will meet you in front of SONG HUONG FLOATING RESTAURANT, we start Hue Walking Food Tour to visit the colorful Dong Ba market, the best whole sale market in Hue city. Here, you will learn how local people choose fresh ingredients to cook their daily traditional homemade food with our foodie guide.

  • Hue Imperial City (The Citadel) (Pass By)

    Then continue through Hue Citadel Area and make some stops in local restaurants to try some best local dishes and our local guide can share with you the history and culture of Vietnamese Royalty with life of the Kings; their queens, minor wive, concubines and eunuchs.

  • Truong Tien Bridge

    We continue to walk over beautiful Trang Tien Bridge, and make stops in some authentic local restaurants to try some of the Best Authentic Local Food with Banh Khoai (Hue Fried Pancake), Nem Lụi (Grilled Minced Pork in Skewer), Bun Bo Hue (Hue Noodle Soup with Beef), Banh Beo (Steamed Fern-shape Cake), Banh Nam (Steamed Rice Pancake in Banana / Taro Leaf), that made mainly by rice/tapioca flour with Shrimp, Pork, Spring Onions and served with fresh vegetable and delicious dipping sauce.

Delicious, interesting, unique, regional food, great guide

Nhien was an amazing tour guide for our Hue food tour. She met us at our hotel and we walked to 4 different spots and tried 7 dishes that are Hue specialities. Each spot was unique and local, and felt very authentic compared to other more “touristy” spots. Nhien made sure we understood each dish and again went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend both the tour and Nhien as a guide, especially if you are willing to try new things!

We absolutely loved every moment of our tour. Our tour guide was named Nhi and she went above and beyond! She met us at our hotel and brought us water and hand wipes to use before and after each meal. She was very generous with the food orders and we finished the tour extremely full. She showed us around the city of Hue and introduced us to local cuisines specific to Hue. She gave us background on the culture and the foods and we had an amazing time. Thank you Nhi!

The Hue food tour on motorcycles is a must do. Awesome experience riding behind beautiful Vietnamese on scooters around the busy streets. Hung our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the cuisine and also other interest facts about their culture. The food was amazing, but go hungry as there is lots. The best tour ever. We went at 5.30pm and loved it.

Great food, I discovered many new dishes in local restaurants. Our driver/guide Hung was informative and drove very safely. You will get lots of food, so make you sure don’t eat beforehand!
