    A distinctive landmark in the Helsinki cityscape, with its tall, green dome surrounded by four smaller domes, the building is in the neoclassical style. It was designed by Carl Ludvig Engel as the climax of his Senate Square layout: it is surrounded by other, smaller buildings designed by him.

    The Sibelius Monument, resembling organ pipes, is made of welded steel with over 600 pipes and with the bust of the composer on one side.

    You get to experience a short walk around Porvoo town along narrow cobblestone streets surrounded by colorful historical wooden buildings. Especially iconic riverside warehouses along the river date back hundreds of years and are now the town’s landmark. You will also visit impressive Porvoo Cathedral walk next to the river and visit picturesque small shops, flea markets and charming cafés.

The tour of Helsinki and Porvoo left an incredible impression! Deep information content, convenient transportation and a highly professional guide made every moment exciting. Porvoo turned out to be a real gem in a medieval atmosphere, and Helsinki turned out to be a city with an amazing combination of modernity and history. I highly recommend this tour!

Very well organized trip. Both Igor and Cornelia were friendly, professional, and personable. They were adaptable to our needs and were extremely helpful both on the tour and on personal basis. Communication with them was excellent. They out of their way to help us in Rovaniemi and made our trip overall very memorable For sure we would recommend them in Helsinki

They tour and the tour guides are absolutely fantastic, friendly, professional, flexible, and helpful. Great communication. Can’t find better words to describe Igor and Cornelia. They also helped us in Rovaniemi, made the whole trip very memorable. Absolutely recommended.

Our guide was very informative and also funny. We learned so much about the the history of Finland which was fascinating. She had a great sense of humor and had us laughing at her stories. Igor, the driver, was also funny and informative. We would certainly have them again.
