Sandy was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, passionate about her job, and incredibly knowledgeable about Hanoi’s history and culture. I was traveling with my elderly mom, and Sandy went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and safety, even graciously escorting her through the bustling streets. She gave us a wonderful insight into the local lifestyle as we explored different quarters of Hanoi, and her food recommendations were spot on. Not only were they delicious, but she also made sure they were safe for us—no upset stomachs here! Sandy’s enthusiasm and genuine love for her culture made the tour so enjoyable. She truly made us feel cared for and enriched our experience in Hanoi. Highly recommend her—she’s the best!
