    PICK UP ALL THE GUESTS IN OLD QUARTER HANOI OR HANOI OPERA HOUSE OR LOCAL TOURS VIETNAM OFFICE: 1-FOR LUXURY/JADESAILS CRUISE: Pick Up Time between 7h00 AM to 7h15 AM. 2-FOR STANDARD/DELUXE CRUISE: Pick Up Time between 8h30 AM to 9h00 AM. 3-Transsfer by new express way: 2 to 2.5 hours transfer. We will stop over for short break 10 to 15 minutes before we reach Tuan Chau harbor. (No pressure to purchase anything. Maybe Stop in Pearl factory, pearl shop or any convenience store...). In case urgent or make sure check in on time on the cruise...we will go straight to the harbor without stop. 4-FOR TOUR FROM HALONG BAY is not included transfer round trip from Hanoi. It is luxury. The food was above expectations, with oysters, shrimps, clams, fish, sushi abd fried chicken for free. The guide T was amazing.

I would like to thank Luong for arranging our day trip to Ha long bay she worked tirelessly to ensure that we were able to attend the one day cruise despite the weather due to the Typhoon in Hanoi we were still able to view the stunning scenery and visit the dark and light cave the staff on board the ship were fantastic and really attentive the food demonstration was good fun I would definitely recommend this tour and we hope we can do this again in the future

Wonderful Cruise on Jadesails Through Halong Bay

The Jadesails boat, tour, staff and food were all excellent and beyond our expectations. Calvin, the “Cruise Director” and all his staff, including Jasper, worked hard to provide great service to guests. We also loved the row boat ride through the sea caves. Gorgeous island scenery at HaLong Bay.

Well organised day tour to Halong Bay from Hanoi

I booked the Limousine Van + Luxury Cruise option. The company contacted me by WhatsApp to confirm the pickup time at my hotel the day before. Picked up on time in a very comfortable minibus, which stopped off at three places to collect five of us and took us to the boat. I had a very pleasant day. Halong Bay is a must if you are in the area and JadeSails a great way to explore the bay. The trip included a rowing boat trip through some caves and an opportunity to kayak and swim. The lunch was delicious with plenty of choice. I did this trop solo but will be returning in the next few years with my wife and would be happy to take this tour again. Thanks to all the staff for making this a lovely day.
